I’m Manohar Sindam, Founder of Aaromale Events — an entrepreneur driven by vision, creativity, and strategic execution. My journey began in 2015 with Pearl Events, where I built strong practical expertise in event planning, client management, and delivering experiences that create lasting impact.
In 2022, I moved to the United States to pursue my Master’s degree, gaining international exposure and working on professional projects across New York and California. This phase strengthened my understanding of global business structures, operational excellence, and modern event management systems.
Returning to India in 2025, I established Aaromale Events with a clear ambition: to build a powerful umbrella brand rooted in precision, innovation, and long-term growth. I believe events are not just celebrations — they are strategic experiences designed to reflect vision, emotion, and excellence.
